Kill Block explained: MW4's map that rebuilds itself every round
Westbridge Training Facility reconfigures between rounds with over 500 combinations, pulling in pieces of Crash, Highrise and Shoot House.

Kill Block is the most unusual map in Modern Warfare 4’s launch line-up. It’s set in the Westbridge Training Facility and is built from modular sections that reconfigure between rounds. Infinity Ward says there are over 500 possible combinations.
What’s in it
Some sections are new. Others are built from classic Modern Warfare locations, including Crash, Highrise and Shoot House, placed randomly each match. You can’t memorise a single layout: you learn the pieces and read how they’ve been put together this time.
Modes
At launch, Kill Block supports 3v3 and 10v10 Gunfight. Infinity Ward says 6v6 support and new “Slabs” and configurations come after launch.
How to play it
- Take the first few seconds of each round to read the layout. Spot the long sightline and the close-quarters section before you commit.
- Bring a versatile build. A layout you can’t predict punishes specialist loadouts. All-rounders like the Han 86 or M4 are safe choices.
